Route-first e-bike rental for visitors to Ukraine

Set the date, riding hours and terrain. We match the battery and the bike to the route before you pay anything, then confirm pickup at the desk.

Availability is desk-confirmed. Minimum age 18, valid ID, signed rental agreement and deposit are required at handover.

03 Equipment orientation

Ten minutes at the desk before the first pedal stroke

Every rental starts inside the pickup zone, not on the pavement. We fit the helmet, walk through the controls and read the battery display together before the bike leaves the rack.

Handover sequence

  1. Brake and assist check: both levers, walk-assist and motor response tested in the courtyard.
  2. Helmet fit: strap tension and shell position set, then a short test lap without load.
  3. Equipment count: helmet, lock, charger, front and rear lights, phone mount signed off on the sheet.
  4. Local rules: cycle lanes, tram rails and the walking zone in the old centre. Riders under 18 ride only with an adult.

Range is an estimate, not a promise. Choose an assist mode and the surface you plan to ride, and this desk sheet shows what one charge returns on the bikes we hand over.

06 Fee sheet preview

What a rental costs, before you ask

These are the lines that appear on the full fee sheet. Availability is confirmed at the desk after a valid ID check, minimum age 18, and a signed rental agreement.

Rental period
Charged per started hour, with a three-hour minimum on scenic routes. Longer blocks are cheaper per hour than single hours.
Deposit
A refundable hold taken at handover and released after the equipment check on return. Card or cash at the desk.
Delivery or collection
Collection from the Kyiv desk is included. Delivery to your pickup zone is quoted by address and time window.
Late return
Billed in extra hourly steps after a short grace period, so a delayed ride stays predictable.
Damage or loss
Assessed against the deposit and the signed agreement, item by item: frame, battery, charger, lock.
Cancellation
Free of charge up to the stated cut-off before your slot. Inside that window the first hour is retained.

Collect in the city, return when the ride ends

Desk hours, pickup zones and direct contact. Every rental starts with a 10 to 15 minute equipment orientation covering controls, braking, helmet fit and local rules.
